45 Minute Virtual Bootcamp on Zoom

This 45 minute virtual total body workout takes place Mondays from 8-8:45am Central time, and is open to all levels and abilities. This class prioritizes using bodyweight exercises to strengthen your muscles, while also working your heart and lungs, and improving balance, coordination and agility. Modifications are provided to fit your current fitness level and abilities. Instructions for joining will be provided in the confirmation email.

A recording of the class will be made available to students who are registered but unable to attend the live session. This recording will be accessible for one week after class ends. Access the full library of replays and on demand videos by becoming a member for $25/month (auto-pay), purchasing a video package, or purchasing individual classes recordings for $3/class.

This 45 minute virtual total body workout takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-8:45am Central time, and is open to all levels and abilities. This class prioritizes using weighted resistance such as dumbbells or resistance bands to strengthen and develop your muscles while also working balance and coordination. Modifications are provided to fit your current fitness level and abilities. Instructions for joining will be provided in the confirmation email.

  • Tuesday's class follows a variation of a Tabata timed format (20s work x 10s rest x 8 total rounds) This allows students the option to try a heavier weight without overly stressing the joints.

  • Thursday's class is a mixed bag of formats including, but not limited to, timed, pyramids and ladders.

Free YouTube Workout - Saturday Surprise

Welcome to the Saturday Surprise workout.

Each Saturday at 8:00am Central time I will be livestreaming a FREE workout on my YouTube channel. The type of workout will be a surprise! It could be a strength workout, mobility, barre, or cardio kickboxing, just to name a few options. All workouts can be completed using bodyweight or resistance such as dumbbells, bands, water bottles, canned goods, etc... I may occasionally add in equipment such as a step, gliding discs (or paper plates), medicine ball or Bosu, but you WILL NOT need them to participate. There will be a substitute exercise for you to do.

How Does It Work?

  1. Joining is easy, and pre-registration is appreciated, but not required.
  2. About ten minutes before the class is scheduled to start, just head over to my YouTube channel HERE. You can also use the link in the email you received if you pre-registered. You will receive a reminder email 15 minutes before class time.
  3. You should see the Saturday Surprise livestream on my home page. If you don't see it there, look for the Live tab above the videos and click on it.
  4. That's it! You're ready to workout.

Replays and On Demand Videos

Get fit at home with on demand videos and class replays to fit any goal. Each workout offers modifications and options, which will allow you to tailor the workout to fit your current level and abilities.

How Does It Work?

  • Login to www.kaethebfitness.com and sign up for the Replays and On Demand Videos Membership - $25/month (auto pay)
  • When you're ready to workout, login to www.kaethebfitness.com and go to the Video and Course Library
  • Select the video you want and click Rent
  • If you want to workout right away, click play and enjoy! You will also receive a confirmation email with the access link to use at a later time. For most videos, each registration grants you access to the video for 2 days, at which time you would need to re-register to access.

Fitness Consultation

One of the hardest things about starting a program is figuring out how! With so many options, it can be overwhelming. Fitness Consultations help you take the guess work out of beginning a program, and are a great way to help you nail down your goals and formulate a plan. Whether you're interested in joining the virtual classes, using the on demand videos and replays, or adding in one on one coaching, a fitness consultation is the foundation you need. During our session, we'll talk about what type of program or offering will provide the support you need, based on your current fitness level, past experience, goals, and schedule. All consultations are 30 minutes and Central Time.

The Fitness Consultation fee will be applied towards your first month when you sign up for a membership. After the initial discounted month, memberships will auto renew on the date of purchase until cancelled.

Cancellations

Fitness Consultation cancellations require minimum 24 hours notice. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled based on availability. The Fitness Consultation fee is non refundable if consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

In Home Personal Training

Workout in the comfort of your own home or outside in a safe location with the support and guidance of a certified personal trainer. You may use your own equipment, or equipment will be brought in by the trainer. Whether you're starting out with no equipment, or you have a full gym in your basement, these workouts will push you to get stronger and healthier, while being safety conscious.


In home training sessions are available locally in the Rochester, MN area. In home sessions outside of the city limits will be subject to an additional fee to cover mileage.


Cancellations -All sessions require 24 hour notice to cancel. Cancelled sessions may be reschedule based on availability. Sessions may be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice at the trainers discretion. In the event of inclement weather or other situation outside of the control of the trainer or trainee (illness), a virtual session may be scheduled to replace the in home session.

How does it work?

  1. Login to your membership portal at www.kaethebfitness.com. Be sure to include a current phone number so I can notify you when I have arrived, or in case of cancellations or emergencies.
  2. Select and Purchase a personal training membership - Go Getter, Get Me Healthy, or Build Me Up. After purchasing your membership, you will receive a confirmation email. *Not sure what you need? Schedule a Fitness Consultation to find out. **Other membership options may be added at the trainer's discretion - contact me to look at options.
  3. When you're ready to schedule your sessions, click the link in the email, and login to your member portal. In your portal, select Memberships and Use This Membership. Select Appointments, and schedule your In Home Training Session(s). You will receive a confirmation email for each scheduled session. **Need a scheduling option that's not currently listed? Contact me to make arrangements.
  4. To see your upcoming sessions, login to your member portal, and click on registrations.
  5. Upon arrival at the training location, I will contact you and bring in any equipment needed for the session.

Personal training that goes where you go. Workout at home, outside, in your hotel room, or at the cabin, with the support and guidance of a certified personal trainer.
