45 Minute Virtual Bootcamp on Zoom

This 45 minute virtual total body workout takes place Mondays from 8-8:45am Central time, and is open to all levels and abilities. This class prioritizes using bodyweight exercises to strengthen your muscles, while also working your heart and lungs, and improving balance, coordination and agility. Modifications are provided to fit your current fitness level and abilities. Instructions for joining will be provided in the confirmation email.

A recording of the class will be made available to students who are registered but unable to attend the live session. This recording will be accessible for one week after class ends. Access the full library of replays and on demand videos by becoming a member for $25/month (auto-pay), purchasing a video package, or purchasing individual classes recordings for $3/class.

Total Body Workout - Cardio and Strength

Equipment needed - Mat for floorwork, Weights are used on occasion but are optional

How Does It Work?

  • Download the free Zoom app on your device (computer, phone, tablet). You do not need to sign up for an account, just the free app.
  • Login to www.kaethebfitness.com and sign up for the virtual class on the Schedule page
  • You'll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins. You'll also receive a reminder email 15 minutes before the class begins. You can enter the class 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • I spotlight my video to make it easier to follow along. You may choose to have your video on or off. I prefer on so I can see how everyone is doing, but sketchy internet connections and personal preference may mean you have your video off. All participants will be muted when class begins.
