Virtual Personal Training

Personal training that goes where you go. Workout at home, outside, in your hotel room, or at the cabin, with the support and guidance of a certified personal trainer. Whether you're starting out with no equipment, or you have a full gym in your basement, these workouts will push you to get stronger and healthier, while being safety conscious.

Virtual sessions are held via Zoom and will require stable internet, and a computer, tablet or phone. A variety of session times are available to fit your schedule, from morning to midday and evening. Trainer is located in Central Time.

Cancellations -

All sessions require 24 hour notice to cancel. Cancelled sessions may be reschedule based on availability. Sessions may be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice at the trainers discretion.

How does it work?

  1. Download the Zoom app on your computer (zoom.us/download) or your device (visit the Apple Store or Google Play)
  2. Login to your membership portal at www.kaethebfitness.com
  3. Select and Purchase a personal training membership - Go Getter, Get Me Healthy, or Build Me Up. Other options will need to be set up prior to starting your membership. **Not sure what you need? Set up a Fitness Consultation to find out.
  4. After purchasing your membership, you will receive a confirmation email. When you're ready to schedule your sessions, click the link in the email, and login to your member portal. In your portal, select Memberships and Use This Membership. Select Appointments, and schedule your Virtual Training Session(s). You will receive a confirmation email for each scheduled session.
  5. To join your virtual training session, click the link in the confirmation email. You may also login to your member portal, and click on registrations to see all of your upcoming training sessions, classes, and other events.
