Welcome to the Saturday Surprise workout.
Each Saturday at 8:00am Central time I will be livestreaming a FREE workout on my YouTube channel. The type of workout will be a surprise! It could be a strength workout, mobility, barre, or cardio kickboxing, just to name a few options. All workouts can be completed using bodyweight or resistance such as dumbbells, bands, water bottles, canned goods, etc... I may occasionally add in equipment such as a step, gliding discs (or paper plates), medicine ball or Bosu, but you WILL NOT need them to participate. There will be a substitute exercise for you to do.
