This 45 minute virtual total body workout takes place Mondays from 8-8:45am Central time, and is open to all levels and abilities. This class prioritizes using bodyweight exercises to strengthen your muscles, while also working your heart and lungs, and improving balance, coordination and agility. Modifications are provided to fit your current fitness level and abilities. Instructions for joining will be provided in the confirmation email.
A recording of the class will be made available to students who are registered but unable to attend the live session. This recording will be accessible for one week after class ends. Access the full library of replays and on demand videos by becoming a member for $25/month (auto-pay), purchasing a video package, or purchasing individual classes recordings for $3/class.
