*IMPORTANT - Be Gentle with this sequence. Unlike other mobility sequences, we do NOT want to push to even mild discomfort here. This is a tender area and should be treated carefully. You will be on hands and knees, but most of your weight should be back in your hips, towards your heels.
Equipment needed: None *You may opt to use a pad under your knees if kneeling is uncomfortable.
